worst experience.
rooms were not clean. bathroom was unhygienic. bad smell.
paid 2.2k for a night and regretted the moment i entered the hotel. looks very cheap

Hotel location is close to temple. Very convenient. Hotel rooms were good. Hot water is available. 4 wheeler parking is available. Toilets needs to be cleaned. Staff is supportive. Overall good experience. Thank you.

In big cities like Chennai you get 3 star rooms for 2000 rupees including breakfast and your hotel is dirty especially the bathroom is very bad. Thanks for the place to stay though.

Toilet and bathroom is clean but it is smelly and also the pillow covers were not changed I guess.

Hotel is kind of ok bit overrated for an amount of 2k+, switches and plugs were broken. Very less staff in the hotel and they are unable to even talk properly with customers. Only thing of satisfaction is hot water was good . Service is not that good, just book it if you want to stay for one night and didn't bother about other things.

There is an old and a new block. the receptionist tired to put me in the old block while I had booked the new block. he asked me to pay extra even though I had confirmed booking. The photos you see is of the new block

new satyam residency stay was ok . but v booked non AC rooms, there was no provision for AC room. to upgrade it, was not necessary to us. as it was weekend, it was full . the owners are pretty good and dignified and helpfull.. they made our stay comfortable

No hot water except that everything is 🔥🔥 and owners are very good while communication and drinking water facilities is also good
