Hotel staff is not Supportive or Cooperative. They don't have value of customers. Even hotel owner also seems not interested in customers. Bed sheets, Towel very bad & dirty. Napkins ,shampoo, Toothpaste wephone not working.re not available . TV , Though asking to repair,no response from staff. Hotel entrance/ reception very bad . It looks like we are in slum area. Many Unmarried couple we saw visiting this hotel.This hotel is not FIT for FAMILY. I REQUEST GOIBIBO TO REMOVE SUCH HOTEL FROM LIST WHICH CREATES VERY BAD IMPRESSION OF GOIBIBO. Thanks

Service is very very bad. Hotel managers/ owner are not cooperating & supportive. They neither value Customers nor respect .Food not available at hotel & we have to order by own & that too come after 40-45 min only if order value greater than 100 rs. Rooms bed sheet ,Towel etc are very dirty having spots & if we ask for new one hotel managers argued & not providing cleaned one. Napkins not provided by them.TV not working. hotel is good for short stay in budget in crisis situations. however, area around the hotel is not suitable for families. staff was very courteous and supportive. food arrangements are made from bhagyoday restaurant which is a well known landmark for years.
