1 Ac is not working.. 2 there customer service not up to the mark .compare to same price point hotels 3 floor is too sticky 4 toilt kit not provided 5 only 1 towel has given

i book suite room..but this is the condition. Ac is not working..there service is also not worth comparing to another property at this price point.

The hotel and surroundings are good, first thing to say is your management failure, when I reached the hotel, I was not given the room that I booked, inside the room was very smelly and the bathroom was dirty, try to give the guest the rooms they booked, as much as possible
