My recent stay at this hotel came with its share of positives and areas for improvement. Here's a summary of my experience:
Room Experience:
- I booked a **Double Deluxe Room**, which was advertised as being on the first floor with a window and balcony. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the first-floor room was already occupied due to a mix-up during booking.
