Staff was good and very helpful but the room seemed very spooky. no proper lighting in the rooms.
Vintage rooms which I will never prefer again.

No breakfast is provided and no television because they say it is a heritage hotel and television is not allowed. Pool wasn't clean, baby pool was dirty. The bed and linen were very old and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Too costly for the amenities and the resort size .No television and not even a telephone for room service.No complimentary breakfast for the huge price of they charged..I had to fight for everything..Not even a restaurant inside.The only good thing is room design and the swimming pool which was clean and good..But overall not worth for the money spent..Really dissatisfied
