because of the rain the power went off and there was no power backup, we slept in the dark the whole night without power

No maintenance at all, not value for 500 r.s, but I have paid 2000 per day. Total waste. I want refund. Full of mosquitoes, informed reception, but no response. Bad smell in the room. No hot water available. They didn't change towel or bed spread daily. Request you to process the refund.
