Nice stay with all amenities nearby Technopark phase 3 Trivandrum. Had an enjoyable experience. Staff members are very polite & helpful.

Good service, Calm place, connected to highway and technopark at the walkable distance. Bustop to city just outside the street in front. double bed in rooms. clean. all facility good. just next to hanuman temple. Peaceful environment

A very good place to stay near technopark phase 1 and phase 3. rooms are neat and tidy at affordable cost. The incharge persons Grace and Kannan are professional and friendly and the checkin process is smooth.

Value for money stay. Bathroom can be a bit more cleaned and maintained. Otherwise, all good. Recommended for solo and friends.

Very poor amenities. Its just a lodge worth of below 700. No hot water, AC water leakage, bed, doors, bathroom, switches and all are old. No wifi. Car parking facility only good and remaining all below average. Its not worth of around 2000.

Its not a hotel, its only a lodge, no power backup available, rooms are not clean, tap water smells bad. not worthy to stay.
