i didn’t took any picture..
i didn’t stayed there more than 6 hours i regret the money i’ve spend booking this stay .. not cleaned dust are all around .. worst stay i’ve ever had in my entire and i don’t want to talk about the bathroom .. everything was horrible.. will never chose this ever again

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Nilastay Bhavanam, booked arrival at approximately 10:00 PM, I was informed that all rooms were fully booked despite my confirmed reservation. Given the heavy rain, I had no alternative but to wait until the staff eventually provided a room. Unfortunately, the room was in deplorable condition: it was unclean, the bathroom had not been washed, and the door lacked a proper locking mechanism, compromising my safety. To make mat ...more

It is very basic stay, they dont have crockery , complimentary breakfast they order from outside , they dont have kitchen , no kettle in room , no welcome drink
They dont provide toiletries

Had a nice stay and was peaceful but had mosquito problem, kindly take a mosquito repellent with you, also the latch for the door was not proper could have been better (latch).
Swiggy, Zomato was available for the location also had food courts around 1 kilometre, soap and towel was provided, filter water was available. The stay also provides monthly stays for technopark, IT professionals which is located near by.

No cleaning done on daily basis, towel, bed sheets not changed daily we have used the same for 7 days, lot of mosquitoes, ants,soap not given on daily basis, even at toilet some insects, centipedes and millipedes were seen bigger ones
