It was an average stay, the washroom was not clean and Hygienic, and the door was not working, and the lock was broken.

Toilet flush not working,Reception asked us to pay 200 Rs more as cleaning charges just because we checked in early even though this was not mentioned when we spoke to him before booking.

Journey was excellent but very worrsed experience about the taxi which was hired by Hotel Nilay for Beht Dwarka Rs 1600/00 from 0800 hrs to 1300 hrs. But When the Taxi returned at 1600 hrs I was charged Rs 3000/00.Which was really very bad experience of my life. Thanks.
