we had a late check-in around 1 am, and both the security and hotel staff were fully prepared to accommodate us seamlessly. they managed everything effortlessly, ensuring we weren’t disturbed by the usual check-in formalities at that hour. we had booked two adjacent suites and thoroughly enjoyed an outstanding stay.

The location is very nice on a hilltop. Rooms are spacious. There is a small pool to play. The ayurvedic oil massage was good. The food was authentic Kerala Food. The food price is very high. They will literally charge 250 for a single egg omlette not sure how this arrived. Buffet breakfast is decent not much varieties. Pool is clean and you can watch sunrise and sunset. Staffs are friendly. Service is good.

It was an excellent trip for me as earlier when I booked the hotel I was not aware that the hotel is situated on such a nice location. The scenes were breathtaking and the ambience of the resort was very nice and staff also very courteous.In a line I can say it was a nice and pleasant stay for me.

We had an amazing stay at Niraamaya. Hospitality was great and food was amazing. Great ambience. Neat rooms and amenities.
Resort direction board was not in visibility at the turning. ( hope the road construction would complete towards the main entrance). Breakfast had good spread. Would have been even better if it is buffet.
