I came manali first time , and booked this hotel . really never book this hotel on Manali trip . The worst food , rooms are not as expected . no facilities provided as shown at the time of booking . the way the come till hotel is horrible . only good is near mall road that's it ....only 2 staff & owner not even will get your choice food available after paid complementary is different thing in this ......never never never booked this hotel

first of all hotel is far from market and not easily accessible,many drivers refsue to drive there as it's accessible via steep and narrow road and they don't have clean linens ,even there bedsheets were torn and pillow balckend,only the counter person was humble and polite rest was bad ,had to ask for everything in room kettle,soap, towels etc

room and bathroom was clean. food was tasty. little bit near to mall road by walk. Difficult for 4 Wheeler to reach at hotel because of small road. overall it was a good experience at hotel at reasonable budget.

Pros: This was a top notch experience while staying here. Reasons are a very good balcony view with 2 sided glass. Staff was so supportive and mannered. I suppose to be able to return the place again.Cons: Single thing to adjust is distance from Mall Road.. Walking of 200mtr only

Had a good stay here for 3days staff are so good they know how to talk with customer...location are good near to mall road you need only 2-3mins from hotel..
We had face few problem on first but they sloved it,room are good and clean.
Overall Good nice stay i suggest you to stay in this hotel.

Wonderful staff, awesome scenery around, would like to recommend people who want a comfortable stay at reasonable prices. Enjoyed my stay there. Only drawback is the way to the hotel which is quite congested. If we visit manali again,would definitely stay here only.
