i haven't stayed there bcz it's ambience is worst and staff behaviour is worstthey had charged for the water bottle also which i don't want to take...very cheap people are working there they don't know how to greet and treat the customer.customer is equivalent to god in sales but they are treating me as a slave...i had cancelled the booking

rooms are modified or renovated with good ambience
stay was very good as compared to previous stays at the same property.

Rooms smelling bad and washroom were not clean. Mosquito all through out the place. Open area of no use. Staff literally were not cooperating .. asking for more money for a room change.

I can say It's a very neat & clean hotel, sorroundings & lawn of the hotel are also very neat & clean. Behaviour of all staff's are humble & polite. I will always prefar to stay in the Hotel Nirwana Place. Nothing...... I would like to give overall rating 5 stars....

rude behaviour of receptionist, unhelpful behaviour, complete wastage of my money, aap jaoge to aisa lagega jaise धर्मशाला ka room ho, बहुत hi ganda bedsheets, suffocating room, galti se bhi room na le, vrna meri traha आप log bhi bahut परेशान ho jaoge ,आप सोचे मेरा is होटल me room book करने ke baad bhi maine दूसरे होटल में jakr room लिया mtlb dubara paise लगे mere, पर m khus ho क्योंकि dubara paise to लगे पर vaha utna gandi jgh m रात nahi गुजार सकता tha so भूल कर bhi room na le दोस्तों nirwana होटल alwar m

We stayed at hotel one night at Nirwana palace in night we both are not able to sleep pleasantly due to one mouse in our room disturb all night we were not sleep due to this reason. we are very sorry to inform that hotel management at require the cleaning services properly either everybody will not book these type of hotel for stay.
