The resort was great in terms of stay, ambience, and food. However, the main issue is its access. The entry is directly downhill from the main road via a rough jungle path. If you're coming by a two-wheeler or four-wheeler, you’ll need to park at a nearby resort—after paying a fee—and then walk about 500 meters to reach the property. The walk takes you through jungle trails and the backyards of other resorts, across wet stones and narrow paths above open drains, which can be quite uncomfortable. ...more

1. intercom disconnected.
2. washrooms need to be cleaned properly.
3. dust need to be cleaned.
4. wooden windows to be replaced as in rainy day it's completely open and entrance to mosquitos.

Food was good, location was good, Approach from main road was far as we had to walk for 1 km from the parking area. Interior were NOT good, heigeine was also NOT good, Overall experience was Average.

The best part was the food. Most of the food was amazingly tasty. Our breakfast and dinner were covered in my package and we got unlimited food by choosing from different options.
The staff is professional and friendly.
The room maintenance could be better. The pictures they have on the website are old.
I took a suite which I did not feel was worth the money.
Also the room's river view has changed because of new camps right in front of the property.

Awesome property, very tidy well maintained and the best part is the river is just steps away. The staff were good especially the chef, the food was amazing and overall it was a smooth and wonderful experience!
