Location isn’t that bad from the metro station but when we stayed there was some issue with the electricity, 3 days absolutely unpredictable power supply, we couldn’t charge phones when we wanted. Hot water was not provided as the geysers wr not working. There are few better options thn this in the area.

To reach Hotel : if u r comin frm NZM railway station, catch 427 bus 🚍 n get down at "Maidan Garhi Xing" (ticket price Rs.25/-) walk towards IGNOU road approx 1km distance ther wl b a Axis bank n Take left then on right side lane 1st house(A-44) is Nivasa backpackers hotel (Note : ther is no display Board to identify hotel)
Reason for bad review
1. Pet Dog is there in premises of rooms
2. Allowing Dog into rooms when no one is ther n in uploaded pic u can see d footprints of dog on d bed

Excellent place to stay . Nearest metro station is Saket.Hostel room are quiet so it offers a good night's sleep, it's clean, comfortable. Best thing about this hostel that is very close the market and restaurants cafe are at walking distance.

its really a cool n comfortable place to stay in delhi.. though they have single occupancy rooms also but i, as a solo traveller chose to stay in a mixbed AC dorm and this place is really a good at hospitality, hygiene, creativity. They have a canteen with a happy green nature friendly lawns for parties and nature walks.There is common room and eating zone to eat, rest and socialize Nearby saket metro station and many good eating joints.
