Comfortable stay, good service and property is close to most of the local sight seeing points. The staff was polite and provided good assistance with arranging transport for travelling .

Hotel North Star is very good place to stay with family as it is good hotel, nice staff, nice location and safety is also. From Hotel stay point of view, rooms are good. I can plan to stay here again during my next visit with family

No parking, it's a big trouble for us, they parked my car somewhere and police towing my car, other most disappointed by staff rude behavior but one of them old age gujarati uncle help us a lot dirty mattress dirty pillow they given rooms key after 5 hour of check in time, I ask for 5 hour refund, but they spoke bad words don't go to this hotel 🏨

rooms need to get renewed. rooms seems old . beding need to replace by new ones reception doesn't ask for GST number and prepare bill their own.

dirty bedsheets worst behaviour of staff rooms were not hygiene no parking please do not stay here.
