It was an Ok hotel. Decent for the price paid.
Goods - Gave me a free room upgrade. Good location.
Bads - Rooms do not look like as in the images. Unsophisticated staff. Smelly rooms (sprayed room freshener on request). Mosquitos in the room (repeller was installed on request).

Rooms are not spacious enough.

the hotel is very unclean. they were using the same bedsheets, pillow covers etc from the last occupancy. though they changed it upon my request but it was the same condition in all the rooms. there was dust over everything. there was also no power backup. in the morning the power went off and the ac fan everything went off for over half an hour

patheticit’s a very bad experience pathetic customer service and we book the room for 3 personthey have given us a very small room and no proper service very arrogant staffeven for simple tea coffee sachets they didn’t provide as a family my experience is really bad
