I had an amazing stay at Hotel Nova Star! The staff behavior was top-notch—very polite and professional. The service was prompt and efficient, and the cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, definitely above average. Also, a tip for travelers: if you book your room through Goibibo, you can save a good amount on the cost. Highly recommended!

Perfect location in the heart of the city. courteous staff and prompt service. neat and clean rooms. fresh linen and toiletries. 24 hrs hot water. Good Tasty food with a wide variety to choose from and a very quick service. stated here earlier also and will prefer this property for my future stays as well.

the rooms are small but nice and the lift was not working yesterday night and the dinner was included in the package but the dinner included only was punjabi thali.they didn't informed that the menu for the dinner was only the punjabi thali and breakfast was only limited only poha or paratha or bread ****er thank you!!
