1)The bedding was not clean.It smelled a lot.
Feels like they haven't changed from months
2)No got water facility.
3)Mosquitos in room.
4) Tv was not working.
Overall, it's not value for money.

i in error booked a room for the 19th. when i reached 19 th early morning. so the owner did not allow me to stay...so i had to book another room to stay which was worst the room I booked.now the room u guys booked for me is a small room with no attached washroom or bathroom...and the situation of the room is worst...bed is broken...Curtin rood is broken...and they r not ready to replace it or repair it ..

Its not a proper hotel , its a apartment. Reception nor polite nor cooperative infact rude and indifferent behavior. No in house restaurant . Only plus is its location. Close to Sterling hospital if anyone is visiting it. Also close to Ahmedabad One (Alpha Mall) and Himalaya Mall.

too small rooms only positive thing is you can get free water whenever you go to the reception! Nd that's a building not a proper hotel, No WiFi connection was there!

rooms are smelly and not cleaned , requested to provide other room , but manager would not supportive at all ... demand some extra rupees . .
