Pros - The service I received was exemplary - courteous, personalized and went above and beyond a standard customer satisfaction. The entire team including housekeeping, restaurant staff ,food & beverages chefs and their teams as well as the front desk and security do their work with a sincerity that I haven't really seen in other hotels.
