1. The location was good but the hotel is not up to the mark. 2. Room not cleaned. 3. Restaurant facilities are not good enough. 4. The bathroom area was really bad. 5. The complete room was in a bad shape due to painting work going on. 6. The quality of the furniture is the worst, you can't sit on the sofa due to dust. 7. The bedshet was completely dirty on the bed.

Water came from the AC and the bathroom was not good and the lock door was also bad. staff good

Room Features: The Deluxe AC room provided a comfortable stay, although the AC unit was of an older style. The TV worked well, adding to the convenience of the room. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was disappointingly low. On the bright side, the availability of WiFi was a definite plus. Service: The staff at Hotel Nupur were exceptionally welcoming and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The room service, in particular, was commendable with prompt responses to calls. Bit orthodox hotel, only bucket mug, no shower, staff is cooperative rooms spacious, marginally clean, can be better...

I'm so happy staff is very goodlike this and very nice room and very good staf food has its also good near from railway station some 100-200m from the railway station
