We are very sorry to hear that i am so disappointed with stay at this hotel. They have been given a very dirty room. The hotel staff is not doing any work on it. There are insects all over the room. I have not been able to sleep the whole night. Ac also not working. They are given Non Ac room but i have book ac room. I didn't come again this hotel

i had an horrible stay last night.the person refused to check me in asked me whom did you ask before paying? i have not told you to pay and it's not my fault.after an hour of heated argument he gave me a non ac room for which i booked an ac room.the real story begins here. the room has no lock, the bedsheets were dirty and washroom was not cleaned. i really had a horrible night at the stay.

Booked Ac room, but given non AC room. No TV, No Hot water available for bath. Very very bad experience.

Room was neat and clean, very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I liked the stay.

Amazing and nice stay. Staff was very friendly with always smile on their face. Bed was too comfortable with soft mattresses.
