Poor ambience. While delhi is freezing with 6 degrees temperature, these guys don't even have hot water for bathing. No Wifi. no lift. I wonder how it's even under OYO Standards. As if it's not enough, hotel denies confirmed booking status. With IBIBO assistance, paid 600 extra at hotel, which got refunded back by Ibibo. No value for the money spend. Even after this, you wish to pick this, god help you !

location was far from the link you provided bad quality of blankets and pillows infact hotel starts new so the should provide better service to their customers

first of all they checked me into a temporary room, despite me arriving 1 hour late. Then they asked for about half hour or 45 mins for checking in, in the room which was supposed to be given to us. The A.C. wasn't working so i called the reception, and the hotel guy came in and told us "sir chill to hai ekdum hojayega thoda time lagega" even though it was on for 20+ minutes, when i told him it was not working properly, he started bragging about the fact that he did us a favour by giving an ...more
