Total waste of money and light and ac was not working, I have changed 3 rooms till 10 pm from 6pm same day, totally drastic experience I can't explain in words , don't book anybody.I have not stayed there 2 nights I have demanded for refund.

there are too much worst service in this hotel, ac is not working , room service is not proper, room telephone is not working, hot water (gheezer not working) and also not provided for including breakfast. I want to refund my money.

Location of the property is good as it is very much near to Karolbagh market. Room is neat and clean but the behavoiur of reception staff is not that good.

Location is good. Checkin process ok. Staff behavior is rude. Asked for Hot water for bathing, they said, they will on. But nothing worked. Asked for one waste cloth to clear the shoe, he rudely said No. Asked for wifi password as I could not hear when he said, he had a rude look when I asked second time. So overall stay is ok if you do not have any job with the receptionist of any hotel boys.
Bathroom was clean but toilet seat cover was broken. Good for 1N stay . Best for singles not super fi ...more

Budget friendly hotel located at Karol Bagh near to the market area. Staff behaviour was nice. Breakfast was served timely. Overall experience was good!

Hotel experience was very bad,
Also gizer not available in the bathroom, & 2nd day his shifted me in another hotel & this other hotel they were shifted me his receptionist is misbehaving with my female partner & after this we go return hotel o delhi,
But they were say I have no room after waiting on reception they again shifted me on another hotel.
This experience was very poor
