very poor customer service.Asked for extra money saying that then only they will provide room. Not even a bottle of water was there in room and charged extra for water. No lift and have to use stairs. No Ac remote .Will never suggest this place.

Very bad service and amenities. when comes to stay, they redirect with oyo. but they have the worst room for such bookings. they have kept a room which is the most dirty and even the cockroach plays in bathroom and bedroom. nothing seems good. and worst stay I had ever.

Dear Team,Its was a worst experience we had at the time of check-in. After having a 8 hours journey in the train with my Father whose age is 73 years had to wait appx 1 hours to get the room. The hotels were denied providing the room saying the amount I paid is low as per their tariff. I have told the hoteliers that I have already made the full payment as per the rate provided in the online site and also shown the booking voucher.
