Manager didn't respond well, he seem to be customer not we and your giving me offer on this app but they charged extra 300 for room. Why should i pay extra charges even in washroom hot water won't come and coming to the room its very small for that fair I didn't see this much bad experience in my life

Rooms are not hygienic and the staff are rude when asked that the bedsheets are unwashed. It took 1hr for them to change another room. Also staff are not available after 10:00 PM

they r not providing basic amenities like water bottles, they are charging money for water bottle, i have booked hotel with breakfast, hotel declined, they doesnt provide food, Very bad experience.
