1. Your service is the worst, and you provide fake information.
2. We were charged an extra ₹500 per room, which was unacceptable.
3. It was impossible to cancel the room, and no one at your end provided proper information.
4. We have never experienced such a terrible service before.
5. The room service was awful, and the rooms were not clean.
