My Guest came back from the hotel and stayed with us. He had such a horrific experience that he didn't want to stay there. After a tiring trip from Vrindavan, my guest checked in around 9pm. First he was asked to pay 300 more despite, me paying the full booking amount in advance. On entry the room that was given was filled with clothes of other people. It was dirty and stinking.
