yesterday I book this property but in that property every room is full so they told to go to other branch but there cost is high.I did n't get the room. so i need justification.

Kindly remove this hotel from your booking list. They are customer cheaters. They quote low price to trap the customer. Once you reach the location they demand more money.

Don't go to this Oyo 7697, i booked for 2 days on 12th, 13th sep 2022, Rs 1386, During the check in time, they are asking extra RS 1750.

Very bad experience. Dirty stinky room without window. Bed sheet with brown spots. They didn't even clean the room before entering. We had paid for breakfast, which was not even served. Very rude host . Not for any decent people. very unsafe for female. No WiFi provided. A stinky dustbin is better than their toilet.
