one of my worst experience with staff and hotel. I have done a booking for ac room and done a late check in when I came to hotel at 11:30 pm, hotel receptionist gave me a non ac room and told that ac room are filled.when I informed oyo customer care they called him but he told that he doesn't know English or Hindi but to arrange a tamil or telugu person from customer care.the hotel management should appoint a well educated person who can talk in english atleast.my problem was not resolved and I ...more

Far way from City located in Banglore Highway The receptionist is not Friendly and not helpful provided a dirty room with a used bedsheet and pillow covers,bathroom not washed , floor lobby full of dustbins with 4,5 days wastage no house keeping staff in hotel horrible expirence

there's a lack of cleanliness. linen was not clean and the room had cobwebs and there was stray hair in the room floating around the room and some on the bed as well. no ventilation if the window is closed and mosquitoes if it's open. no mesh on the windows.
