room and bed was clean but, there was spider web in the uppper corner room, taps were working but not were in a good condition, there was cockroaches in the room on the comb also given that comb to the servent he just smiled and went away with the comb and cockroach

Worst experience ever. Not clean at all. Extremely dirty surroundings were enough to make you sick. The worst thing was the receptionist. This man was very money minded and continuously asking for money for even a half an hour early check-in even when I was just sitting over the sofa and waiting for 12 PM.

hotel room are not well maintained because even they didn't change the bad sheet very dirty sheets and we have to stay their we booked two 1 Ac is working and another 1 is out of order

Worst experience!! Rooms are small, dark, dingy, damp with no TV connection. AC was working well in the room we stayed. rooms were unclean, dirty and had cockroaches and other unidentified insects. Cupboard and bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom was okay and geyser was working. The room doesn't have any exit other than a door. It had no windows nor any fire alarm system. We had a very bad experience
