horrible experience. dirty wash rooms, ac not working, no lock in room; geysers switch was faulty so no hot water to bathe. worst thing is we booked theee rooms but they didn’t have info of two rooms and hence offered only one room. pathetic situation ; i have never experienced such an issue with till date. now don’t know how to claim my refund. thinking of dropping using this app on future 😞how can they deny a confirmed , fully paid booking i wonder 🤔

Not worth money bathroom but hotel staff not giving bath attached room and use common toiletOr extra 300 rupees pay and give bath attached roomFirst not clean room give me and I tell to staff then cleaning roomVery bad experience
