very bad service, i selected room with breakfast but there is no breakfast or food facility. Had to spend 2 days on chips and cola. sockets don't work. electricity fluctuates. the hotel is far from main road takes eternity to reach. Do NOT OPT FOR THIS EVER

television is not working here and there is only a single staff working so there is room service is very poor even I have asked for water the staff gave me an empty jug and told me that at ground floor there is a water cooler go there and fill jug plz don't book rooms in this hotel i am feeling so sick here they don't have towels and blankets are smelling very bad no service available in the hotel it is like that you have rented a room i

Worst service I had ever seen before... staff was not cooperative... not provided breakfast on time.. bathroom was dirty... not provided drinking water.. no housekeeping... overall worst service and poor experiance... Totally waste of money...

One of the worst place I ever stay. This place is hell. Guys please don't even waste a single paisa on this property. The room stinks with blood stains on bed-sheet...Room service is also disgusting...

Staff Behaviour was good, But There was lack of Professional approach, Specially, In morning, We didn't recieved breakfast, On query, It was said that the staff was sleeping. Overall, In the budget of 3 K for 2 nights , It was nice.

overall neutral experience. If no other choice, you can take this hotel. Bad experience during checkout,I booked for 2 days wd breakfast, they haven't checked the booking & at the time of checkout asking for breakfast money. also tried to charged for water. food & rooms are average and small . AC was good.

worst experience I ever had. Stinky rooms, dirty linens. lots of dirt all over the floor and furniture. Tv only for showcase. Jhaadu Tak nahi laga rakhi thi room mai. The only good thing is Hot water. Don't waste your money, it's better to book a dorm nearby. Not friendly for family & couples. even don't go there if you're a bachelor.

Located on the tapovan, easily approachable. The room was spacious, attached bath and one small room was provided. The services were good. Cleanliness was maintained. Ram jhula is just 5 minutes away from hotel by rikhshaw.
