I had a very bad experience booking the hotel called *Collection O Narayana Square*. The issue arose when they charged us Rs. 1500/-. When we requested a bill, they refused to provide one and insisted on payment in cash or GPay before giving us the room. Eventually, we ended up paying an additional amount of Rs. 2,000/- to them and obtained the room. Upon entering the room, we noticed several used bottles littering the floor, indicating a lack of cleanliness.

I booked for my driver in the afternoon, traveled 650km and when my driver came they said no room. I have paid the fee and they have cheated me. My driver roared at the wheel
