first of all they demanded 300 rupees more for a stay which is prebooked and paid fullyhe was not at all welcomingas i was asked for more payment for the room i had to move to another room, though oyo booked another room for me but the whole process took 3 hours and i had to book another cabit was really bad service from the nr suites people.

it's good stay....and the staff should maintain good interaction... mostly busy at weekends... The property needs to maintain a refrigerator

If I had an option for a negative stars rating, I would rate it -5.All the staffs are irresponsible.The booking included an AC room, geyser, TV, WiFi, and complimentary breakfast.To be precise, except for WiFi nothing is provided, TV and AC don't work, no hot water in the bathroom and the no breakfast and drinking water, even they charge double for drinking water. Floor tiles were broken in room and no safety for things.

there was one window with thin cloth, so everything can see from outside to room. No privacy. Full nonsense

very poor maintenance, no supportive staff, while entering the room we got very bad foul smell, completely waste of money, 0% maintained hotel, very bad experience never check in to hotel

The room is not clean. They are not even providing free breakfast even though we choose free breakfast. The staff told me to bring water. They are not even changing towel saying that they don't have towel even though its been a day.
