I didn't even sleep the whole night just because the room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs. it's a very unhygienic hotel I've been seeing in my entire life. The hotel staff was drunk at night. They cut our call when we called was trying to talk to them about the solution. Really unprofessional act. Clearly No to this property. Overall it was a worse experience.

1. Very bad condition of room.
2. AC was not working properly
3.Didn't provide towel and bath kit as mentioned
4. I had booked for AC room, but I was asked to pay Rs. 300 extra.

Not for stay purpose, I think this hotel is used for immoral trafficking, very very bad hotel and poor experience from hotel people. I had cancelled my entire booking

I was denied entry into the hotel as I did not have a RT-PCR test as asked by the hotel receptionist. This was not mentioned when I was booking my room in this hotel. Can I have my refund back?

very bad experience. Won't recommend to any one any more. Very compact. room. No chair and table in room.
