property denied any booking saying terrif is low and do not have any booking from agent.. booking Help line number didn't revolve issue.. finally I had tp book another room.. total pathetic experience.

As i have already raised for the hotel has not allowed me tho check in due to they have not recieved any booking i have already shared the booking id with them but stil they are not allow me and i have to search another option for my rest but this is my very bad experience with the hotel and the support team of Goibio i have tried multiple time but they have not responded to me.

I paid for breakfast but their is no breakfast given after calling several times.then why ur app shows for the breakfast. only to fool the customer worst experience I m very dissatisfied

Very poor stay. Worst service as they didnt provide any service. Just asked basic services befor entering in the room. But they did not provide anything even after the call such as water, towel, bathing and washing soaps. And no kitchen in the hotel not even a tea was provided by them. The worst service ever. The room was not good....
