The hotel didn't allow my staff to check-in. It was 11 pm and they demanded extra money (4k) as only bigger room was available. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Horrifying experience as had to arrange for alternative around midnight.

Worst experience I had. AC was not working entire night I was sweating. I booked including breakfast but it was not showing in hotel's booking. It was so embarrassing.

I booked two rooms for 4 people but hotel provided single for 4 people. Ac and geser was not there which was mentioned in the amenities. I paid for 2 ac rooms but i got one non ac room. Total waste of money.

hotel situated in very busy market place in heart of city. you have to climb staircase no lift is available. hotel has not car parking facility, you have to make your own arrangement for parking. staff is cooperative. no pantry or restaurant. clean rooms, big rooms. safe place.

rooms are good but the service is worst. there was no hot water available in bathroom. for complimentary breakfast also i had to call twice and they took one hour to bring it. no in house restaurant.
