Worst experience we ever had! First they said the rooms were full then they send us to some other hotel nearby telling us their is room available but when we reached their they asked extra charges for the room then we called customer care then the oyo manager asked them to give us room but still they denied saying that no rooms available then oyo manager checked and told them 4 rooms are still unbooked after that they agreed to give us room then we again got back to their oyo hotel then the staf ...more

Booked 3 bed room and they gave2 bed room AC is not working, gave me an old extra mattress. Worst bathroom. No wifi, TV stops working.

1. tried to contact the hotel after booking. But the contact number wasn't available anywhere. on contacting oyo, they gave a number, which was out of service
2. no lift at the place. but the staff helped with the luggage. so it was OK.
3.the website nd Google maps mentioned many amenities like toiletries, kitchenette, shuttle service etc. none of that was available. only towel and soap was provided that too after asking.
4.no intercom. had to go to the reception everytime we needed something.
5. Rooms were average.
