Thiss is very poor quality services and asking extra amount if you want her room if booking AC room you have to pay 1000 extra

The hotelier denied to give the room . Tje hotelier asked to pay 1900 rs.so we have paid additional amount and taken the at night.

we went Chennai for medical purpose of my father,due to 12hrs train late,we checked in next day morning 4am.we paid the full amount online before,,, after that they wants extra 2600rs .we denied to pay.moreover,the manager explain the extra charges i didn't get the point,,,,in the midnight argument goes on,but later he loosen up in his illogical points & we get our prepaid room.

Very pathetic. No towels given. No glasses provided. Asked so many times for drinking water. I booked for 2 nights. After reached there they charged 1100/- extra for me.. They are saying that that’s price and you have to pay 1100/- its our charge.
