bad experience at Hotel.i have booked Hotel S K and paid the Full amount.but when i reached at the hotel for check-in. they demanded 550 Rs more. i have contacted goibibo team. they help me and book alternatives for me.Thanks goibibo team.

very bad experience... bathroom in bad state... staff non cooperative... someone opened the room with a second set of keys when I was t in the bathroom...what of he stole something... horrific experience

Good location, center of city, very near to Bus stand, Bit small size rooms,OK for single travelers. Breakfast inclusion showing while booking in application, But it is not allowed by HOTEL. Center place, Local travelling facility is easily available.

My experience was not at all good, but I would really want to thank Mr. Ojas Roy, who solved my issue and was really quick about it. After changing 3 rooms in the hotel, a room was found whose aircanditation was working properly and in the meantime one of my pants also disappeared, about which they did not tell even after asking the hotel staff several times.

I wish there should be 0 star rating than 1 Star. I made 6 times vomit after drinking hotel water given by staff. No breakfast as booked. Restroom is that much of small that you can't take shower. Bedsheet and blankets are so dirty smell that can't let you sleep. It's like you are punishing your self if you went there.

Dear Sir, I was booked Hotel S K in Rajkot. At Booking time you was given me COMPLIMENTARY BREAK FAST.But Today I was telling to reception send me BREAKFAST,he did not give BREAKFAST & TEA, He told me BREAKFAST Timing is 7.30 AM to 10 AM.I told him my flight is 7.45 AM.
