When reached the property the owner asks for extra 500 rs for check in. . After reaching out to customer care they allowed the check in after lot of bargaining.

Very pathetic condition. check in time was 1200pm, reached hotel at evening 7 pm. They started demanding additional rs 800. I was helpless and shocked. Contacted customer care for help. They provided assistance by making alternate arrangements. Reason..low rate through online booking
