Starting with the checkin. We reached and they asked us to show the booking. They asked what price did we book to decide if to allot room and what type of room. After submiting aadhar, they asked us to pay the amount to which we said its totally paid. Then they alloted as a room on second floor 201 which has no tv, dirty bedhseets as in picture, dirty washroom, no ac remote, hairs lying everywhere in the room along with the dirt, no washroom lights..
