I booked a room in shree nandan residency from 30th Aug to 31st Aug for one day. But when I reached hotel for check in , they clearly refused to give the room and asked me too pay additional rs 570. When I told them that I have already booked the room, they asked me to either cancel the booking or pay additional rs 570 if I want room . When I insisted that I have already paid, they said that they do not have any room available and also said that I can do whatever I want but they cannot provide ...more
