i booked room with breakfast….. they don’t have breakfast availability.

Washroom was pathetic, water nal was not working, given dirty towels, cigrate smell in room, breakfast was included when I booked the property but in morning, they denied.....overall experience was very poor..... any dharamshala is far better than this hotel.
