the room was very dirty, also there were mouse and mosquitoes in the room. the staff was also non cooperative. they didn't provide me the keys of my room, on asking they simply said they don't have the room keys. The mattress and towel was very dirty. very bad experience in an unknown city.

The room was not cleaned, there was dirt and cigarette filters in the room. The hotel staff didn't provide the room keys, on asking for the same, they answered that they don't have the room keys. Room lock was not working. there was mosquitoes and mouse roaming in the room, after asking for the same they provide all out for mosquitoes. Bathroom was also not cleaned, Shower was not working, when asked to change my room the staff denied. overall horrible experience for two days booking.
