Hotel not allow to us check in, after 2 hours they arrange a non ac room for us. I booked a AC room but the provided us a non ac room. Tv are not working, it's a very bad experience.

room is deluxe but it's small not a proper deluxe room .. the best part about it is that it is just 1.4 kms from the Rampurhat station .land easily locatable. so this was a boon..

Nice room though quite small, food is good, service is pathetic, the person at the reception was on mobile gaming when I checked in, all the way to the 3rd floor room, had to ask for the wifi password thrice and it still wasn't working, no drinking water and again had to ask for tea with the complimentery breakfast...
