The room, AC, TV were satisfactory. 4 out of 5. The bathroom was bad, especially the WC was pathetic (photos uploaded). I wouldn't say the WC was unhygienic but certainly not properly cleaned for some time. Neither were the taps etc. 1/5 I stayed there for 4 nights. Only after a couple of reminders someone came to clean the room on the 3rd day. 2/5 I was on the 2nd floor. The guest needs to walk down, to the ground floor, to refill one's drinking water bottle. No intercom. 3/5 Not such a welcoming environment.

I book the room but after checking in reception it was told that the same price room is not available. So again ask to pay 350 extra to stay.

please don't stay here, one of the pathetic and very poorly managed hotel. it's a haunted place with no maintenance l, no facilities and rude behavior. inspite of booking. they will demand additional money otherwise they will throw u outside. pls don't book here.

Room had smell of cigarette smoke and was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was not clean. This is my second time staying at this hotel and did not see any improvement. Could be maintained better. Chose this stay since it is near my place of visit. Strictly for bachelors looking for a quick stay. Will not recommend it to others. Cleanliness.

To be honest it's very very worst experience that no one will face, since I had paid the money via app they were demanding extra 400 rupees while check-in and saying us to complain the app customer care if we want to. Restroom pipes are broken and not clean. beds are very worst, teared, and not clean they just covered with white cloths. AC is just working but we don't feel any cooling. It's like a local lodge with 300 rupees

Very bad experience. The room was very dirty, washroom was also very dirty. Please be careful, they will not provide any water(RO or complimentary) you to purchase it. Also, they do not even provide handwash or towel or anything. It is just a room with dirty bed and dirty washroom along with running water continously.

Complimentary breakfast room was booked but not provided. Hotel should have provided even if it's not requested since it was part of booking. Bathrooms could be cleaner. Otherwise decent stay.
