They give me a room 403 in 3 floor which has no Hot water for bathing. Then he asked me to bath in room no 201 which was worse not cleaned has ciggerate butts. they have phone in every room but it's not working just for the name sake it's there. no proper response from reception also. Its not good

Very poor experience we had,i book delux room, they offer room which is very smelly,unclen floor, without TV, Lighting is not good blanket smelly when we ask to change the room they ask for extra money 500 rs and when we check other room, it's is same room which we offered nothing is special,
towel toiletry isn't provided, whatever we got on request even water glass too we got on request.
even the person who take food order is drunk, not safe for family, location is too far from city no veg restaurant nearby the hotel

Amazing stay, decent locality. Rooms are nice and clean. They don't allow outside food and charge for drinking water, rest is great.
