completely bad experience, room no.120 & 121 allotted us.two rooms are not lock &key facilities. totally open. no waste box, lift are not working properly, towels are tears so many area.

Stay is good, well cleaned rooms and staff is good but only problems are insects..
There are lots of insects due to rain
Apart from that everything is better than average...

Room was big but it was not clean,walls of the room were dirty, Even it was not matching with the pictures.Sofa was broken,water leakage was there in washroom.AC control was from reception,they use to closed the AC.In my booking Breakfast was included,but out of 2 days on 1 day breakfast was given ( only 2 parathas,no tea or coffee),it was looking very cheap quality.Not to recommend any one.

We were asked to cancel and pay in cash. Breakfast though booked has been refused. There is no place, number to complain.
