No complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea bags.
dark thick bedsheets / pillow covers so no way to know whether clean or not

Lovely rooms just as shown in the pictures. Property is very well maintained and close to beach if you have your own transport. Such a perfect view from the balcony...mesmerising and beautiful! Food is also good at the hotel, economical and tasty. All in all very nice for the price paid. Definitely go here if you manage to get a booking..full thumbs up! Konkan rocks! :)
